Development plans for Epstein's private Caribbean island among the released materials.
Furthermore included in this latest document release is shown to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the Caribbean US territory.
The financier acquired a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in the late 1990s, but later purchased the bigger Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
The released images suggest he had formulated plans to transform the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a strait in the territory, indicated on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a notes section labelling various areas of the property.
In addition to this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, including plans for marina coverings.
More documentation disclosed as part of the ongoing congressional disclosure.
